Over Priced with minimal effect

I bought Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Eye Gelee on a discounted price during its annual factory wholesale in Toronto. I have to press the side pad very hard to dispense the eye gel. Even if I have applied a lot of this product (3 grape fruit seed size around eye area) during the past seven days, it doesn't help with winkle or dark circle at all.
