I thought these Ester-c tablets would be good because it says stomach friendly and 24 hour immune support. I like that you only need to take one tablet a day because the tablets are pretty large. They were not hard to swallow though. The problem is that minutes after taking one I felt very nauseous. I tried again the next day and drank more water with the pill and I was nauseous again. So I can't say whether they are effective for immunity.
