Pricey for what it is

I received this from Beauty Date x MTL last year and I finally finished it recently. I received the product in exchange for my honest opinion, and here's my honest opinion. It's got a high price tag for what it does.

The chrome packaging is lux. The serum itself is a nice lightweight serum with faint scent, and sinks in wonderfully. I have dehydrated skin and tried it in both winter and summer time. There was not much difference between the results between the different seasons. it doesn't provide enough hydration to my dehydrated skin. I often have to mix some oil into it to boost it up. And the price for it is just kind of crazy high. I feel like you can buy a similar serum at a fraction of the price.
