I was very happy with my Estratto. For the first month of owning it, it worked amazing. Then I woke up and went to make a coffee and it no longer worked. I have hot water and cold water but the coffee section is not working. I unplugged it and plugged it back in still nothing. Called the Service number and it turns out they only work Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.... How does that help on the weekend... I now have a mixed feeling about the purchase of this product.
