Best Korean toner out there!

First of all I love Etude House products! They are always high quality and a lot of the time come in really fun packages. This facial toner doesn't need fun packaging because it works wonders. If you follow a K-beauty skincare routine this toner is a must. After cleansing your skin pat dry and smooth a drop or two of this toner over your face before applying moisturizer. You will notice the difference in your skin tone especially during dry weather. I find it really helps to calm redness and even my skin tone. This is the only toner I will use!
