Sustainable skincare in the shower - I love it!

This was my first experience with a concentrated product, so I'm a newbie - but definitely considering the switch to more concentrated selfcare products! First of all, I like that you get more actual valuable skincare-relevant ingredients in the product than just paying for water. I didn't feel like I needed moisturizer afterwards, the shower concentrate was really soothing and nourishing to my skin. Secondly, Everist is obviously committed to the cause of sustainability and not just greenwashing like many other brands unfortunately are... That's a huge factor for me personally, as I value their honesty and transparency as well as the consistency across the product formulation, packaging and other products that are offered. The fact that they include the metal key and don't expect consumers to buy their own is also helpful, as I have given other products with metal packaging a try before and got quite frustrated with the difficulty to use it without waste - so my compliments to the person who decided to include it, a very small detail but much appreciated as a consumer! As for the smell, I found it to be very subtle - perfect if you're sensitive to overpowering smells, but personally for my liking it should either be stronger or completely scent-free. That's probably the one thing I hope Everist will change and add to their selection - a completely scent-free option without any essential oils so their products are suitable for little ones! As a mom I'd love to be able to make the switch to an entirely sustainable shower routine, and I love the nourishing benefits for my skin so I'd assume it would be fantastic for my baby, just not an option as long as the products are scented. Other than that, I am beyond impressed with the shower concentrate and the konjac sponge. That's another huge change for my routine - I tried loofah sponges and hated how harsh they felt, a bunch of other natural sponges just didn't feel right to me. This sponge is nice to squish and has a bouncy feel to it, soft on the skin, lathers the product well - so it's safe to say that this will definitely be repurchased!

Feels and Smells Luxurious 😍

I love the minimalist and modern packaging of this wash concentrate. The metal tube key is genius to ensure you actually get the most with barely anything wasted as is notorious with tube products—it’s the intentionality for me!

I especially love the scent and the feel of this wash. Think luxury hotel & spa. It smells clean and rich and it really does condition my skin, leaving it moisturized and hydrated without feeling heavy or super oily like a lot of “moisturizing” washes do. As someone who is becoming more environmentally conscious, I really like that this product is cruelty free, plant based and carbon neutral. Of course it’s also free from harmful chemicals and synthetic dyes & fragrances but most of all, it lathers amazing! It’s literally liquid gold and I’m already dreading running out! 😭
