As I'm getting older like most women I'm finding keeping off the extra belly, thigh weight off is getting harder and I just want to keep my heart pumping well to prevent any heart disease that affects many women every year. But due to health reasons I can't do heavy duty exercises etc every day. But I got this cheap, simple little rowing piece and absolutely love it! You can do all different sorts of slow movements as support for sit ups, crunches, legs and arm resistance. It also doesn't require a lot of space so if you have a small room or apartment it's easy to use and is so small it stores easily under any bed or corner. I'm not a big health & fitness nut but I really love this thing to help make me not feel like a lazy butt. I really recommend it for any casual work outs...
