Excellent Product to help you get to sleep

I started using melatonin about 5 years ago when I was working on-call overnight shifts. They were based on an extreme cold weather alert being called by the City of Toronto and noone knew quite when they might be announced. As a result, I could find myself at 2 in the afternoon, needing to go to sleep so I could work from 11pm until 7am.

I heard about melatonin and since I shop at No Frills, I chose their brand. There might be other brands which work but I have faith in the consistency of product when I buy Exact products.

The first afternoon, I closed up the drapes and made sure there was no light in the bedroom and let one pill dissolve under my tongue. It tasted like peppermint with no nasty after taste. Within about 10 minutes I was asleep. And when the alarm went off 6 hours later I felt rested and had no groggy after effects. I had energy all night, well 5 am was not easy...but I managed without falling asleep on my shift partner.

Since then I have relied on this product anytime I am stressed and need help to fall asleep. I trust Exact and I trust melatonin when I need a sleep help product.
