I like the mint flavour the most! It helps to freshen breath. Or with dry mouth. Not too crazy about the fruit flavours.

I'm a fan of the bubblemint flavour. It stays flavourful for a while and you can continue to chew the gum for like 3 hours before it gets weird.

I really just chew it for the taste and because i don't want bad breathe. I wouldn't really say that it cleans your teeth but it does a bit more at refreshing then the original gum.

This gum was made to help people whiten their teeth. It says a person needs to take this 4 times a day, and each time you chew on the gum you need to take 2 pieces and chew it for about 20 minutes or so. It's like any other type of gum, but it has this special property. It comes in a minty flavour. And this helps to kill bacteria or reduce it, and help your breath smell cleaner, and fresher. I recommend this product! But, I also recommend to purchase it in the packs of gum they have, as they are cheaper. You will be wasting money If you buy it by singles.
