I love using loofahs ..This hand held size is just perfect to use on your entire body to help exfoliate. I use it on my face as well just not with as much scrubbing power.. The longer handheld scrubber or belt as its called is GREAT for getting your back. If you are like me and LOVE to have your back scratched but nobody ever wants to help me out... Exfoliating on a regular routine helps removes toxins, dead cells, blemishes, blackheads, and such. It also helps with age spots,eczema and psoriasis. After showering always use a good body moisturizer all over. Doing both these things on a regular schedule will keep you skin glowing, smooth and youthful.
