Extra strength tylenol 24hr day and night tablets is a good product if you don't have a hard cough. Amazing for a running nose but I would not use for a cough.

I was disappointed in this product. I found it was quite helpful at getting rid of the aches and pains, but didn't do much for congestion or other cold symptoms.

I had a cold the other day and at first, was taking a cough syrup to help with my symptoms: runny nose, headache and sneezing, but it wasn't helping much. After getting fed up with the syrup I decided to try out the Tylenol. I honestly started feeling better within an hour. My headache was gone, no more runny nose or sneezing. The next day my cold was practically gone. And I had only taken one day time pill and that was it. Great product!
