These are really nice all natural,100% antimicrobial bamboo cutting boards. Bamboo is so much safer than plastic and won't dull your knives like plastic does. All I do to clean these is put them in some soapy dishwater and wiped them off. These cutting boards are two-toned light to medium color and would look gorgeous in any kitchen. They come like they are almost gift wrapped to give away but if they are for someone else you better get 2 sets because when you see them you are going to fall in love with them. They are very light because they are bamboo but also very thick so they shouldn't warp like other wooden boards. These cutting boards are big enough to do the job but not so big that they will take up your whole counter top if you want to leave them laying out. I chopped some garlic and onions on mine and it didn't even leave any blade marks on the board. I think they will hold up and look great for a very long time.
