It is made from freshly sprouted organically grown grains. The whole Ezekiel 4:9 breads are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and natural fiber with no added fat.  

I love the nutty flavor this bread has and the sweet aroma the raisin and cinnamon gives. I usually toast it and top it with butter. It is a good snack or breakfast and very filling.

You can find this at the health food section freezer. It's on the pricey side but it tastes really good.
