Easy app

At first I hated the fact they took messenger out of the Facebook app, but now I can’t imagine it being together again. I think it’s actually less glitchy this way

One thing about facebook is they keep changing things when you get used to one thing, they switch it up and usually for the worse. You can be in the middle of important work and it'll just pop up even though you've switched all of your setting to appear offline etc. I dislike that fact that people can see if you've seen their message to you. Folks get offended if you don't write back right away. That feature needs to go asap.Other than that, it serves it's purpose for communication.

Keeps me in touch with friends and family.

I like that this app gives me the oppurtunity to communicate with friends and family from afar. It's pretty basic and easy to use. I haven't really had a good experience with the video calling. Sometimes there is trouble connecting and while using it occassionally lags and disconnects. For messaging I prefer text but if you don't have international texting this is good for basic messaging communication. Unless they improve their video calling I won't be using it for anything more than that.

One of the best messaging apps, because it pulls together facebook messages and text messages. Allows you to keep all IM messages in one place, so easy to find and search for specific information. Easy to use, and fun to share files with others. Also great for making phone calls.

The only reason I don't recommend this app is because you are forced to download it to read your messages. It is, however, a great concept. I also don't like how you can't sign out of it, you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to sign into a different account. It is free which is a plus.
