Facebook has helped me to keep touch with my international/foreign folk. It's lovely to know that they're okay. Although there's some real garbage on Facebook, I will always have the memories from the beginning when I finally could get in touch with long lost friends and family. Don't hate, appreciate.

I do not have facebook . But alot of my friends and family are on it. I know alot of people that have had problems on it as well. Yes it would be good the catch up will old friends and stuff, but I like to keep my personal life a little private

i find facebook these days very effective to checkup on the lowlifes i went to school with and to find moms getting angry about their first world problems, great place to find funny videos and recipes ill never actually make, if im ever feeling low i check facebook and observe all the insubordinates posting about doing drugs and run ins with the police and immediately feel better my life has not gone that far downhill, i really just share dog videos to make my mom laugh so she'll stop thinking i made a second facebook account to hide from her

Facebook is a good thing and a bad thing. It is nice to catch up with family and friends that do not live close to you but Facebook can also destroy relationships and marriages. People need to draw the line on what to post and what not to post and keep your personal problems off of Facebook. People are spending way to much time on it instead of being active or not spending time with family. I believe there are to many secrets that people keep from their spouses or other half from Facebook. I refuse to let my 12 year old have an account with Facebook yet!

I think facebook is a good site. It makes it easy to contact people far away or meet someone new or find an old friend. Its easy to use and almost fun to use once you get the hang of it! I would Deffenitly recommend facebook to any of my friends that didn't have it !

Facebook is something we all use. I find I am using it less to connect with friends, and more of a site to get the latest news. I am finding myself sharing less and less pictures on Facebook. But yet I can't go without it. Everything happens on Facebook now. From the news to, having to find out if school is closed because of a snowstorm. We even have a Facebook page for buying and selling stuff on there. We find out the next biggest show is coming to town.

I like using facebook to be contact with close ones and also it's a great way to support local or trusted brands. Facebook is a convinient way to share pictures and videos.

I love Facebook for staying in contact with close friends and family. But at times I want to disable my account because people can be so dramatic, stange and utterly hopeless! If you keep your FB friends list small then it can actually be quite fun. I often ask myself "do I really have 600 friends?"...and nope I do not!

I have been using Facebook basically since it first launched publically. It is a great tool to keep in touch with people. I feel badly for not being able to keep in better touch with some people, but at least Facebook allows us to see what each other is up to. I have joined many community groups on Facebook which has been helpful when looking for things in my area.
