I had a gift certificate that I had to use and I've wanted to purchase a good eyeshadow primer for a while. This product did not disappoint. It goes on creamy with a bit of a shimmer but it dries with a matte-r appearance. It intensifies any eye shadow that you use which is great. No more dull eye shadows.
