This is the only milk product I buy now!

This milk is amazing. I bought it because it was new and on sale at my local No Frills. I used to buy regular skim milk and now strictly buy Fairlife skim milk as it doesn’t upset my stomach or unsettle my digestive system. It’s also high in protein so it adds more protein to my shakes to help me meet my macros. The taste is 99% the same as regular skim milk, a tad bit more watery though.

I have never tried Fair life milk before but since I want to reduce my sugar intake I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did because not only is their 50% less sugar than regular milk but it also contains 50% more protein. Even though this is skim milk I didn't find it any less creamy than the 2% milk we usually get. It tastes great and it is lactose free. It is slightly more expensive than regular milk but well worth the price in my opinion.
