Turned my hair patchy

I watched all the YouTube videos and decided I would like the nice ice white colour. I used as directed on the bottle, I also had the no yellow mask. It turned my blonde hair blue grey and purple patches. I tried it again as everyone ranted about it but it did exactly the same, the good new is it washes out after a few washes so I wasn’t stuck with it l
