I love this fryer with a few things I just wish it had.

My new favorite fryer! Easy to setup and clean. The filtration system for the oil ans thr compartment works awesome. Wait until the oil cools (I waited overnight) and it drained quickly and the oil was clean. Oil maintains its heat throughout which was perfect for batches. The window on top of the cover was great too so I could see the food cook and not have to lift open to check. My only complaints would be that I wish the basket was just a bit wider (or a larger unit) because while its kind of deep, to avoid overcrowding, I needed to make homemade fries in batches (6 large potatoes at a time cut was crowded) and I wish it had a timer on the unit. I also wish the lid had a hunge of some sort so when I did remove the cover, I had somewhere to place besides the sink to catch oil as it dripped. Besides my preferences, the cleanliness and storage of oil is perfect.
