Horrible aftertaste

I don't know what is in these donuts to make me hate them so much but the aftertaste is abysmal and I couldn't get it out of my mouth for an hour. Tastes relatively fine as your eating it but I can never have one of these again. Even the smell makes me gag now.

These are my go to donuts. Have been for a long time. You can add fruit and whipped cream to make a nice dessert. Everyone in my family loves these donuts.
