Was a bit disapointed. I left this in my purse by accident for about a week and now my purse smells like a febreeze bomb went off. When I finally put it in my car it basically evaporated in only 3 days. Seems like a lot of money for something that smells up your car for such a short time. The scent wasn't fabulous either.

Waaaay too strong of a scent! It gave me a headache :(

The scent of this air freshener gave me a headache and made me want to vomit... I literally had it in for 30 mins & I had to remove it from my vehicle but im lucky the scent didnt stick around long!! I wouldnt have been able to drive home. Maybe other scents would be nice but this particular one wasnt.. I would not purchase this product.

I received a free sample from Febreze and ChickAdvisor as part of their product review panel. Overall, I was not impressed with this product and would not buy it in the future. Below is a summary of what I liked and did not like about this product.

Pros:
I was impressed with the small size of this product, other car air fresheners I have tried are really bulky.

Cons:
1. The clip would only fit on horizontal vents, which limited where I was able to place it. Ideally, I would place this on the vents in the middle of my dashboard. But the vents in my van go vertically so I was unable to use it on those (I tried to clip it sideways but you couldn't smell the product at all lol) and I had to use it on the one right by the driver's side door.

2. I figured since the vent was so close to me it would be a strong smell, but I was wrong. From the beginning to the end of my testing period, I could barely smell the scent. The only way I could smell the product was if I put my nose right up to it. At times I even forgot it was there because I couldn't smell it at all. It definitely did not make my car smell any better, and I have had more success with other products in the past.

3. I personally did not like the scent. I know it's a matter of preference, and if you like that "clean laundry" smell you will love this, I however would have chose something different for my van.

If you want something that actually works, I would save your money and try a different product.

This product was easy to set up and place in our mini-van. We put it on the lowest setting and decided if we needed more we could turn it up. But with it on the lowest level it was too much. The smell was so over powering and gave me a headache. Febreze also has those commercials saying it gets rid of the bad odor but after driving by a landfill it still had the smell of Febreze and landfill and didn't go away for 24 hours. I love Febreze products but I hate this one. it doesn't work the way it should and is too strong of a smell.

First off I’d like to thank Febreze and ChickAdvisor for giving me the opportunity to try the new Febreze Car Vent Air Freshener. I read some of the other reviews about this air freshener that have bin posted before I even received mine and was curious just how I’d like it and if it was even going to be full. I don’t like air fresheners that overwhelm you and from what I was reading from the other ladies some had said it was pretty strong. Well when I got mine my husband took it from me and put it in his truck. After driving around all day he walked in the house and he said, “This thing is a peace of junk, it doesn’t even work.” So I took it back from him and put it in my car. I thought he was just being a man and didn’t know how to work it. Unfortunately he was right, it didn’t work no matter what I did to try and make it work. So I guess I got the faulty one out of the group. Now if I would have paid for this in a store, I wouldn’t have bin to please with it, or the maker’s of Febreze. When I buy something I expect it to work, like we all do. I was really looking forward to trying out the new Febreze Car Vent Air Freshener and had hi hopes for it, but I just can’t give something a good review when it doesn’t even work right out of the package. Sorry Febreze and sorry ladies.
