Lavender is such a calming scent. Use it in my baby's room too, we both sleep soundly.

I love all things lavender! febreze makes a beautiful product here. it is so light that it just helps you to relax. I don't feel that it actually helps me to sleep sooner or longer, but it does help me to unwind and relax, both conductive to better sleep.

I am not a fan of this product from Febreeze at all. The lavender scent is so strong and it gave me a headache. It is a great price and a great company, but this scent is horrible.
