This is so handy, I have the power strip behind my computer and am able to plug in all the accessories as well. It has a surge protector so you can feel safe knowing your not going to get all your expensive electronics zapped by an electrical storm. It has a red switch that allows you to turn off the power bar if need be. It allows you to have everything in one place. No messy looking wires everywhere.

This is a life saver in my college dorm room. There are only outlets on one side of the room and my bed is on the other side. So i run this along the wall so that I can charge my phone and have a lamp at the head of my bed. It's great!
