I am not a big fan of this. I think i got this in a promotion-- but only used once. the wand is plastic and the bristles are so small- it doesnt apply well to my eyelashes which are thin and far away from eah other....

I received Lightning Lash in a beauty subscription last year, but just got around to using it a few months ago. I'm surprised this mascara has no reviews on Chick Advisor, and that it is pretty much a hidden gem online as well. Lightning Lash has a flexible wand (plastic, not bristle) that is shaped in a way that the mascara product pools in the grooves between the bristles. When you apply, the bristles separate and lengthen, while the extra mascara from the grooves in the wand gives you some great volume.

I find it fairly easy to get the inner and outer lashes with the wand, and find that one coat is enough. My lashes look long, thick, curled, and separated nicely when I use this. I definitely plan to keep this around. The only downside is that it isn't readily available, and you will likely have to purchase online.
