This is my favorite foundation !

I absolutely love this foundation I have oily skin and it keeps my face looking flawless , it doesn't feel heavy and a little goes a long way . This is one of my favorite products and lasts so long too ! I would highly recommend this especially for oily skin keeps the oil and shine away

My new go to

For someone who is always looking for a new foundation I think I've found one to settle down on. Its light weight you dont feel too cakey and has a nice natural velvety finish. It gives decent coverage but is easy to build and blend.

The foundation that saved me

I have oily skin, but I struggle with hormonal acne and texture. It's so hard to find a foundation to work for me, but this is the one. This provides an extensive shade range which is sure to cover the fair all the way up to the deep beauties. It's a very matter foundation with impressive staying power. Once she's on, she's staying. The price is almost on the low end of the scale for a high end foundation, which I why I believe the value is great. The packaging is beautiful as well and will compliment any makeup table or vanity.

I’m heartbroken

i was soo hyped for this foundation. I tried it on in the store, and the colour is absolutely perfect, i’ve never been able to find a foundation that matches my pasty skin so well. unfortunately though, my dry skin just wont cooperate with this foundation, i’ve tried exfoliating, different primers, serums and oils, but nothing will work, and the foundation cakes and sits on the surface of my skin:( really wish i had better things to say since the colour match is amazing:(

Covers my red skin

I decided to finally break down and purchase fenty foundation for myself after I heard some great reviews . I’m very particular when it comes to my foundation as I have red and purple skin that’s acne scarred . So it takes a good quality foundation to cover it up . I like the bottle and that it’s a pump so chances are you won’t waste any product . It’s medium thick consistency and it blends easily . It does dry matte . It covered my skin well , almost as well as my favourite foundation . I used too faced peach primer underneath and it lasted all day . It’s also buildable if you’re not satisfied with one layer . I used a triangle type sponge from the dollar store to apply and I liked the coverage . It’s what I Tend to use when applying foundation . I would like to note that I have normal to dry skin . You can purchase it at Sephora for under $40 . I would recommend.

I went to Sephora to get color matched and the product broke me out in hives! The packaging is beautiful and I'm pleased with the variety of shades available at launch but unfortunately this product will not work for me.

Flawless Skin!

I am oily/combination skin and shade in 200 but used 220, only to realize the oxidization is true. **When purchasing, go a shade or two lighter!!*

PROS:
- amazing finish
- your skin looks flawless and poreless
- keeps skin matte

CONS:
- oxidizes to a darker shade
- over 8 hours, it will start sitting into your pores, so use a primer beforehand
- pricey

The Fenty Beauty Pro Filter Matte Foundation is amazing. I love how this product leaves my skin looking almost flawless. Rhianna did amazing on her products and the shade range.

Its ok...but I recommend better foundational...

I recently purchased from sephora the newest foundation line from Rihanna
Called FENTY BEAUTY.
It was so new that I wanted to try and see the hype from a singer to COSMETICS creator.

I tried color 220 which is for light to medium skin tones I would consider.

What I did like about the foundation is it does go on very light, air brush effect to the foundation. I applied with a brush as they recommend and it worked nicely as if air brush makeup was on my face.

My pores did look smoother, and over all a glow and even complexion.

What I did not like is the foundation dried out fast eventually in the makeup and on the face. You definitely need the primer first, which I don't necessarily always want to pile on so much makeup products on my face, but this foundation you need primer to get the best effect.

It was a little too matte in finish, my face looked dull, less of a natural glow or sparkle as other primers and foundations create.


I did like that there was many colours for all skin tones to choose from, so you don't need to worry about color match.

I think I prefer other foundations and she should stick to singing ;)

Getchu Skin Like Rihanna

I have been looking for a matte foundation that didn't dry up my skin. I decided to splurge and instead of always getting my drugstore foundation, I went into Sephora and picked up the Fenty foundation that I had seen everywhere on Instagram. When I tell you that it smells like flowers and goes on so smoothly with AMAZING COVERAGE and so light, literally the best foundation I have ever tried. I've used Maybelline's Fit Me foundation, and the Fenty one 100% overrules! I suggest using an Artis-like brush for an even higher coverage. It spreads very evenly and doesn't dry too fast.
