Worked Fast
My doctor recommended this product to me and it has increased my iron level and gave me the energy I was lacking. Definitely recommend however ask you doctor's advice first. Worked for me and I didn't have any stomach issues which other brand of iron have given me in the past.
Pregnancy iron pill
My iron was low at the beginning of my second trimester, and so my OB recommended I take Fera Max iron pills. I was hesitant as iron pills can be very tough on your stomach and can also cause constipation/ diarrhea, among other side affects. For me, I noticed a change in my energy instantly, and took these pills with orange juice every morning. I didn’t experience any diarrhea and although bowel movements have slowed (normal with pregnancy) I am not constipated either. Definitely check with a health care professional before using, but if given the go ahead, I recommend this iron pill as it’s known to be gentle on the stomach.
Definitely a staple
I won't lie, Feramax is MUCH more expensive than the usual competition it has out there in regards to Iron Supplements - HOWEVER what most people don't realize is that it has a higher dosage per capsule than its competitors. I have been anemic my entire life, and Feramax has been the only over the counter iron supplement that has given me actual results, I have seen my iron count rise significantly and has allowed for me to move on with my day without feeling lethargic. I have tried it all, and I can honestly tell you I have been let down by every other product.
The amount of energy I've been able to regain since taking Feramax is like night and day. I have found it is more effective if I take it at the same time of day. I of course have missed the odd day here and there, but it has definitely helped me get out of my anemic rut. I will continue to use it despite its higher price point - sometimes its worth it to spend more money for something that works.
New to FeraMax
Recently diagnosed with borderline anemia, my doctor told me it wasn't far along enough to need a prescription and immediately requested I start on FeraMax 150. He then came back with 40 sample pills for me to start out with.
I began asking my doctor about blood work because I was always tired. I was sleeping at least 10 hours a day, and would take more where I could get it. I also noticed significant amounts of hair loss.
After starting FeraMax for only 1 week. I've noticed myself feeling more energized, more alert, and already in higher spirits.
I have noticed a slight increase in acne along my jaw line. But I'm not yet sure if that corresponds with the FeraMax. I've also yet to notice a change in hair loss at this time.
Iron supplement
This is great.
Nothing else I've tried comes close.
This is very effective. Easy to take. Minimal side effects.
Highly recommend this.
Best price @ Costco.
The Only Iron Supplement that Doesn't Upset my Stomach
I've tried so many iron supplements that I've lost count. Without fail, all of them caused me significant gastrointestinal upset. FeraMax has been the ONLY iron supplement I've used that hasn't caused me any trouble. I've been using it for approximately two years to treat my iron deficiency anemia and it works! Although it's a bit more expensive than other iron supplements, the extra cost is worth it. I'd rather pay a bit more for amazing results than pay less and end up with an upset GI system.
The only iron supplement I use for my anemia. Causes no stomach upset, no constipation and absorbs well they often have a coupon for 2.50$ off which is just icing on the cake.
great source of iron when youre really low. got me back to normal after pregnancy left me with very little iron. i hate buying it for the price but it works
100 capsules bottle. Iron element 150 mg. This is a great product to help me treat my chronic Anemia. I can take it with out needing to be taken with food. I do not get constipated. I wish the government would let us buy these pills by prescription as it keeps us alive with a proper level of hemoglobin to all of our organs. Some of us need up to 4 pills a day. It can get expensive. I bought my 100 pills for $52.49 at Costco.
