I’ve had better but...
The fibre 1 Brownies were not the best tasting brownies I’ve ever had but unfortunately I’ve found that with most things that are good for you, some taste is sacrificed. I would buy them again because they are a good source of fibre and are not the worse tasting brownie I ever eaten. They are easy to throw in your purse, glove compartment of the car, gym bag, and lunches. If my 10 year old granddaughter will eat it, it can’t be that bad.
Chalky aftertaste
This brownie is not as appetizing as the picture and taste quite chalky. However to obtain fibre I would eat it. Overall I would not purchase again and try the other flavours.
Too many artificial ingredients.
These brownies tasted VERY artificial and am not a fan of sweeteners or artificial foods, i will not be purchasing these again. However, you can eat the entire box for only 450 calories (always a plus on those drunken nights, right?) and i suppose that works for those who don't mind artificial foods. If you have okay taste buds and ennjoy brownies, this is your go to product.
Delicious for a healthy brownie.
The brownie has a very good taste but it becomes very sickening because it is so rich! It is awesome that is is healthier than a regular brownie but it's too sickening.
I bought these with a free product coupon, i am a big fan of fibre one granola bars so i figured i would love these! they are terrible! i know that for 110 calories not to expect miracles but come on!! the brownie was grainy and artifical tasting not at all what i expected. usually these cost over 3.00 for 5 of them so i am thankful i didnt waste my own money trying them! very dissapointed in these
I received a Free Product Coupon for a box of Fibre One Brownies (110 Calories) that was good for only today. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try them. I took them to work and shared the box with a group. First this was a good effort on General Mills part. However, I found them too sweet and the texture constantly reminded me that I was eating a "fibre" bar. On a plus, they were very moist and the chocolate flavor was good. One thing I don't understand is why they are 110 calories in Canada but made with 20 calories less in the States. I'd like to try the 90 calories bars to compare. Some people may really like these but for me I'll stick with one of my favorite snacks that have been made into 100 calorie packs and drink a glass of Metamucil instead.
