Fibre 1 Oats & Chocolate

i bought this on a whim as i needed some granola bars and these happened to be on sale at costco. The package indicates that there is 28% of your daily value of fibre in each bar. Each bar is about 130 calories and when i opened one it seems to be covered in chocolate. Like other reviewers noted it is a bit on the sweet side i think due to the excessive amount of chocolate drizzle. it could probably do with less and save us all some calories in the process. the caramely mixture that is used to hold everything together tastes a bit weird (not sure what exactly) it is made of. i was willing to pay a premium because this was fibre 1 but I was a bit disappointed in the product.

Tastes great and always a hit with kids and adults. Great to have on hand for company and friends. Great value at Costco. Will but again for sure!!!

Good, but a little too sweet

I love granola bars. I justify eating them to my self by the fibre content. These bars are sinfully delicious. I just wish they didn't have quite so much sugar in them. They would still be delicious with a little less sugar.

Chewy Chocolate Bar, Only Healthy

This is one of my favourite Fibre 1 granola bars. It is so chocolatey that it reminds me of eating a chocolate bar, only it's healthy. Each individual bar contains 28 per cent of daily recommended fibre, which is great for someone like me who doesn't get enough fibre into her diet. The bar is chewy, with the base being made of a rolled oat and sweet syrup mixture to hold it together. There are chocolate chips spread throughout the bar and also a thick layer drizzled on top of it.

Large boxes of these can be found at Costco and Wal Mart for a great price.

Seriously, I do not eat healthy I'm young and a dancer so I have no need to worry about my weight. So these granola bars I definitely eat for the taste, and they are fantastic. Highly recommend even if you want to keep fit.

These are delicious granola bars. The chocolate gives them the perfect amount of sweetness.
The bar itself is chewy, which is a desirable texture to me. A healthier choice than reaching for
a chocolate bar and most of the time it will satisfy my craving.

I absolutely love Fibre 1 bars and this one did not disappoint me either. It eased my hunger pains and kept me going.
