So I love these bars, but its sort of a love hate. They are delicious bars, and I could definitely polish off the entire box in one sitting. On the flip side though, the sugar content is pretty high. They are advertised as a more 'healthy' alternative snack, but there is quite a bit of sugar.

I bought these to throw in my lunch bag as I work on the run! The taste is okay, taste more like lemon to me personally. The texture is great, a little thicker than cheesecake but still soft for a bar. It's a great addition to your purse for when you're on the go. I will be trying different flavours if there are any in the future!

'm a huge fan of fibre 1 products and have been eating them for a couple of years. I love when they come out with new items and I knew I had to try these when I spotted them at the grocery store.

These were on sale for $2.99 which is great and these had a great flavor and were completely satisfying. The bars are soft and very yummy! I will defiantly but these again and are also available in a chocolate cheesecake.
