These "new Delights fibre 1 soft baked bars" are new and they are surprisingly very good. They are only 90 calories. We tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie bars and to my surprise everyone really liked them. They also come in a lemon bar that we have not tried yet. The only problem is they only put five bars in a box, so if you have a large family and everyone likes them, they are gone in a day. Since it is a new product, they are selling around $3.00 to $4.00/box depending where you purchase them. Eventually they will go down in price or you can wait for it to go on sale or use coupons. For now I will be buying just as a treat.
