Tastes like a mini cinnamonbun that's stingy on the frosting

Fibre 1 Cinnamon Bun flavour is actually pretty close to that of the real thing. It doesn't have that same melt in your mouth consistency and they're a bit stingy on the frosting taste. But everything else is good. Tastes pretty strong of cinnamon. I would buy these again if I wasn't craving chocolate.

Nutrition wise, they're a pretty decent snack at 90 calories. I wish they could pack some protein in there too. And one bar contains 8g of sugar, which is decent, but i feel like it could and should be less. Fiber is only 5g. I feel like they do better there too. I do like how short the ingredient list is.

I would recommend Fiber 1 Cinnamon Bun flavour to anyone looking for a light snack to hit that cinnamon bun or pastry craving. Stock up when they go on sale. Because regular price is a rip off for only 5 bars. (The photo shows 6 of "cinnamon cake" which is not true to title).

I love this product. Reminds me of eating a real cinnamon bun. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that loves cinnamon buns. Even better when you find them at Costco. Great price!!!!

Another great addition to the kids snack bin for treats in their lunches. It's tasty and sweet and only has about 90 calories. It kinda has the feel of a dessert but it contains a fair amount of fibre in it, so you're getting the good with the bad. This is a great little snack for all ages young and old.

Surprisingly tasty! Pillowy soft, slightly crumbly (not necessarily a bad thing) and great cinnamon flavour complemented by the drizzle of icing. Nothing weaksauce about this one. Of course they keep the calorie count down due to the smaller portion size, but it's not ridiculously tiny. One of my favourite Fibre One products.
