This is a very delicious bar but very small compared to most other bars. It tastes exactly like a cinnamon bun. It has icing on the top that adds flavour. It has 90 calories and 0 cholestorel. The perfect addition to any meal or as a snack on its own. I haven't tried many bars from fibre one, this being one of the first. Other than the size being so small it is a great snack. I would highly recommend this tomfamily
