Not worth the money

There was a deal at a local store so I thought I would give this product a try.
Big mistake
It's great alone.... but every time, and I mean every time I would use this as a base coat, the color nail polish I would put on top....would peel right off...even after I would let everything dry...base coat included

Don't waste you time and money on this product.
