Disappointing clean

I usually use Finish Powerballs & have not had any issues. I purchased the gelpacs as they were on sale & I have been pretty disappointed. Dishes, particularly glasses, just don't seem to be coming out clean. At first I thought it may have been that the dishwasher needed a clean so I did use the Finish dishwasher cleaner, but this did not solve the problem. It seem to be related to the gelpacs.

I decided to try some different brands of dishwasher detergent and so far, this is the worst. We are a household of tea and coffee drinkers and I never realized before how well my other detergent cleaned my cups until I tried this brand, now all my cups have major stains in them. I also found the plastic containers and kids dishes had disgusting white buildup on them that was very hard to get off.
