The cost is low, but get what you pay for. It does make the dishwasher look slightly cleaner. It does not remove all water and soap build up. I highly doubt I'd buy again.

I received a coupon for a free Finish Dishwasher Cleaner and used it as instructed in the package. During the dishwasher cycle, I notice that this product has a very strong odour which invaded my kitchen.
I didn't notice any major changes in my dishwasher, so I guess it cleaned the hidden parts mostly.
The Finish Dishwasher Cleaner left a strong chemical smell in my dishwasher, so I had to run another cycle to get rid of it. It seems to have some pretty strong chemicals components in it and, as I have children and pets at home, I'm not sure it's safe for then and may not I will use it again.

Finish Dishwasher Cleaner;

It does clean well, pleasant scent.

I usually just use vinegar to clean my dishwasher but decided to see if this would offer a better clean, this product cleaned my dishwasher but no better than just using vinegar which is much cheaper. So really I see no benefit to using this product other than another product I would need to buy which I do not see a need for.

I was not impressed with this cleaner at all. The price wasn't bad- if the product actually worked. I didn't notice much of a difference at all. It smelled nice when I opened the door after running the cycle, but that was it. It was easy and convenient to use, but again, it didn't work.
