An "OK" dermaplane product

This product is great for the fine "peach fuzz" hair that we all have but anything more is challenging. Each blade can only be used once so there's constantly a need to replace them to continue using it. On the other hand, my moisturizers and facial products absorb so much better after any dermaplaning so I can certainly see it's benefits.

Works ok with fine light hair

Estheticallybthe product looks good - I like the light and that it comes with extra blades. I have very fine light hair it worked well to get to rid fluff. My gf tried it and she has darker hair she gets threaded - it didn’t seem to be as affected in giving a smooth look. It seems safer to use than a traditional face razor

I would definitely recommend this product

It safely remove peach fuzz and exfoliate skin. This is an effortless product. I really like the functioning of this product and would definitely recommend it.

Love this!

This product was actually amazing! The light is so rewarding seeing all the hair and debris come off as well! It s quick and easy to use. It doesnt hurt, so far no stuble!

Not overly impressed

I found that this product was easy to use. However, it didn’t remove any of the thicker hairs only the smallest of peach fuzz. I also don’t like that you can only use each blade once so it’s not the most environmentally friendly. I personally wouldn’t spend money on it again.

Good product

I was so happy to be able to try out this product before purchasing it on my own. I enjoyed using this product. It works well and does as advertised. However, I was kind of expecting a little bit more from it. Besides for it having a good lighting system, I thought it would vibrate as well which it doesn’t. It’s a good product and does what it’s supposed to do but I think it’s just a little too pricey for what it is, which is pretty much just a glorified razor/dermaplaner. I think you can get the same results from a regular/cheaper demaplaning tool and a good mirror with a bright light.

Works okay

Works okay. removes some peach fuzz but not hairs. it does a okay job with removing dead skin. I like the light which helps to seeing the hairs and fuzz better.

Very appealing.

I got this product for free from Chick Advisor in return for a review. I often dermaplane my face with a regular dermaplane blade, which I find very effective. This product looks great and the light is a very handy feature, but the blade/exfoliating part isn’t very effective. I found it doesn’t get close enough to the skin to provide a nice clean “shave” / touch up.

Did a good job.

Personally I think this did a good but not great. I’ve used a few different styles of these and I think a traditional razor does a better job with removing hair. My face does feel very smooth though which is a plus. Overall it’s good and I would recommend it to a friend for the convenience of it especially with the light but I’m not wowed by it.

Not what I expected

I received the Flawless Dermaplane Glow Facial Exfoliator to test and was disappointed with it, it really was not what I had expected. The product is basically a razor blade, very well shielded, on an applicator that has a super LED light. I had assumed the exfoliator ran by battery, but only the LED light requires power. You manually scrape the razor blade across your face to exfoliate and remove hair. I didn't notice much difference after I had tried the product, and I tried it a few times. All that happened was that my face turned a little pink after use, but that is it. It didn't even do a great job removing facial hair. The product comes with the battery needed for the LED and six replacement blades, and an instruction book telling you how to use the Dermaplane.
