Still have in grown hair and strawberry legs

I use this on my legs every time I shower and was hoping It would get rid of all the in grown hair and strawberry legs, but it doesn’t. My skin feels smooth but looks exactly the same, it’s quite a disappointment because I like the brand and was really hoping it’d work,

Wasn't a fan

Bought this for removing skin bumps and smoothing but i didn't notice too much of a result. My roommate loves it and continues to buy it for her arms.
