Light and hydrating

I got a good size sample. The bubbly foam is only on the top. When product is taken out, the moisturizer looks normal & in the jar the bubbly foam comes back within a short amount of time. Feels light on the face, face looked plumped, smooth & hydrated. I would buy this when on sale or if I have a discount code.
