Hard to be effective when you can’t keep them down

These vitamins were the worst for adding to nausea. I had bad pregnancy sickness in my first trimester (when prenatals are most important) and I am very aware that vitamins can add to nausea however, I tried 2 other brands that didn’t even have close to the effect of inducing vomiting as these. The chewy aspect is nice because gummies are very easy to take and the flavour is pleasant but after about 20 minutes they always came back up regardless of what time of day it was or if I was already nauseous or not.

Best tasting prenatal

I’ve tried numerous prenatal vitamins but they all made me feel sick, this has been the only vitamin that I’ve been able to continually take from pregnancy through to breastfeeding. They taste pretty good as well and the texture is similar to a gummy candy.

great vitamins

I really like these vitamins. I like that they are a multi vitamin with added folic acid. It has a nice gummy texture which makes it easy to take as i hate swallowing pills and has a pretty good taste. The cost of the bottle is pretty average (around $14) and easy to find in stores.

I started taking a prenatal as recommended by my doctor. The prenatal capsules were really hard on my stomach and caused me to feel sick a lot of the time. I found these prenatal gummies and I have not had any issues with feeling sick after taking these vitamins. They are gluten free as well!
