Decent fitness/sleep tracker

Received the Alta as a gift. It has a nice simple design, not too thick or bulky. On the device itself your options are limited to view (with a tap to the screen to scroll through) time/date, steps, battery level, distance travelled, activity levels and calories burned each day.
Pairs by way of Bluetooth with a smartphone app where you can get more details about your daily activities as well as sleep tracking and other settings options.
I wasn't a fan of the rubber strap that came with it. I found it hard to button. Purchased leather watch like straps online from amazon. Like the leather much better and easy to remove and inter change different straps.
Does what it says. Somewhat pricey for having limited capabilities.

I purchased a fitbit because I'm try to get healthier and lose a few pounds. I love this product. It not only counts my steps but shows how many miles I have walked and shows me active minutes I have done during the day. I have lost weight and I know my fitbit has really helped me achieve success!!!!

The Fitbit offers a lot. It keeps track of heartbeat, steps, and more. It's really good when keeping track of how active I've been in a day. Definitely a good aid in weight loss. Pretty expensive for a little watch though.

Super comfortable, adjustable wristband (I have teal and black bands). It has definitely motivated me to walk more, as I feel the need to reach my goal. The battery lasts about a week before I have to put it on the charger. Overall, very glad I upgraded from my little Zip to this!

I am obsessed with my Fitbit Alta. It is small and easy to put on and stays on even with the snaps. Easy to clean and take the straps off in case you want change them out. The screen is bright and easy to see. I've had 4 different types of the Fitbit and I love this one the most.

It was a great product especially for the price. It was pretty easy to blend but sometimes was a bit chunky. Considering this is a drugstore brand, it was well worth the money

I was given my fit bit for my birthday last year. I had the charge and it was awful The Fitbit Alta though, is great at some things, and not so great at others. It does accurately track your steps, and I love the information about my sleep quality and time. It is not great at tracking workouts unless you you were doing a high intensity cardio workout. It will not track my yoga, unless I manually input it.

I was given the Alta as a gift. Unfortunately I do. It see the value in spending that much on a little watch/ step tracker. I must say that it is super fun to use bough and to compete with friends and family members in the workweek hustler and weekend warrior challenges hehe

The Fitbit Alta is great at some things, and not so great at others.

First of all it does accurately track your steps, and the information about your sleep is really interesting!

But I found that it wasn't great at tracking workouts unless you you were doing a high intensity cardio workout; so for that reason I wasn't in love with this watch as i mainly wanted it to track workouts.

Overall it is great, but not for me!
