Great fitness tracker

I purchased a Fitbit One for myself over Christmas last year and I'm so happy I did! I was going back and forth between Fitbit models and found that the One was the best option for me. I like that I can just clip in to my hip or put in my pocket because I wouldn't be comfortable with it on my wrist. I like that it tracks my steps, km's, stairs climbed, calories and my quality of sleep. It's really helped my get into a nice healthy rhythm that works for me and my health needs. It is a bit pricey but compared to other models it's the best price for the quality of product. I would definitely recommend the Fitbit One for anyone who wants a simple fitness tracker without all the extra bells and whistles.

I've had my Fitbit One for just over 2 years and I still love it. My lifestyle has changed a couple of times (longer commute times and more time behind a desk) but having all that data to help me find a new balance has been amazing for me.
The One doesn't have as many features as the newer (more expensive) offerings from Fitbit, but it does have the basics that matter to me. Step counter, stair counter, active minutes and sleep tracker. I know where I am fitness wise and can adjust my goals as my lifetstyle changes. I also love the Fitbit app where you can participate in challenges with friends or go on solo adventures through Yosemite or New York City.
My one word of warning is don't forget to take it off your clothing when you do your laundry, a number of friends have made that mistake.
