These butter tarts are so delicious and it's hard not to eat just one. Flamingo butter tarts come with or without raisins. I prefer without raisins. The shell is flaky and the center is oeey gooey but not runny.

Darn, these are so addictive and worth every penny. They taste so much better than any I have made.
