Enjoying it so far

Used it a few times so far and so far so good I love that it has different settings to control the sensation and cleansing power it feels like getting an extra deep clean combined with a facial massage

Nice, but not effective enough for me

I really wanted to love this product, but I just don't feel like it has the abrasiveness my skin personally needs -- it's FAR too gentle on my skin. On top of that, it doesn't get into the nooks and crannies of my skin (such as my nose) so I don't feel like it finishes the job ever.

But to be fair, I understand that in order to avoid having a disposable brush (which would be more abrasive), there is only so much they can do to make (washable) silicone bristles abrasive. And i do love the massaging feel and motion of the head, as well as the aesthetics. It may work well for some people, but for me it's just not quite fitting the bill.

Enjoyable

I was super excited to try out the Flawless Cleanse. This works with any facial cleanser and helps to remove excess makeup and dirt. The massage can help promote the production of Collagen and help maintain beautifully radiant skin.

It's OK

The tool itself is OK. I think I expected more from it or more like the clarisonic which had more motion. It pulsated lightly and is very gentle but I didn't find that it moved or cleaned very much. It couldn't even foam up my cleanser. I did find for what it is worth that it's not a bad purchase. I think I just prefer something more heavy duty. The brush did come with 4 modes and it helpful if I wanted a light massage for facial cleansing in the shower.

Not for me

I'm not sure why I was chosen to use this as I had indicated I was not interested in trying it. Anyway, I don't enjoy using physical facial cleansing tools like this which is why I did not like using it. It doesn't feel uncomfortable or rough but I just don't like it. There are some different settings which is nice and it seems like it would be somewhat easy to clean.
