Best at home Workout!

I love the FlexFixx because it features multiples ways to rehabilitate my arm and legs in an easy to use manner that I can understand and implement. The instructions are very detailed and the FlexFixx is very easy to use! I definitely recommend the FlexFexx to anyone going through rehabilitation or anyone looking working for a good workout at home!
