I needed to up my iron levels, and this worked incredibly. Taste is ok, kind of similar to prune juice.

I like these vitamins because it is in a liquid format so you don't have to choke it down like most horse-pill sized vitamins out there. It tastes like mango juice and is great to have every morning before breakfast. It helps keep my hubby and I healthy and motivated.
