Does squat and it's an oily mess on my skin!!!!

I just purchased this primer as I was passing down the beauty isle at Wal-Mart, this new makeup line caught my attention so I decided to give it a try... I am very pleased as the price was very good and the primer goes on very smoothly on my face!
