Excellent alternative to horseradish with the perfect amount of kick! Even my husband enjoys the spicy, creamy consistency of this product. While I've personally used this with tofu and other meat free hot dogs, my husband's used this on everything from standard, to beef, to bison hot dogs and absolutely loved it. Not just a product for vegans! Also great for those looking for a new culinary experience. Fantastic for use in mixing with dressing recipes, rice, and as a marinade. Provides more of a wet rather than a dry "spice burn", so it is a tolerable and great alternative for those who enjoy but have a low tolerance for spicy foods. Love this product!
