Easy to use
I bought this book from Chapters, they had a few to choose from all around the $15 range, without being able to see the inside, I choose this book because the cover caught my eye. I am more of a book type person, I tried the food journal Apps but I am trying to get away from always being on my phone,
This book is easy to use, with 120 pages to record your meals, snacks and water in-take. I like that there is space at the bottom to make notes, goals and anything in general I want to write down. There is a box at the top of each page to write the date and your current weight, I don't plan on weighting myself every day and become a scale obsessed.
I like this book for it's simplicity, large print and that there is enough room to record it all, however once I have filled up the days, I likely will not buy it again. I wanted a book where I can write not only my weekly weight, but also my measurements for various body parts. For now, I am just putting a sticky note in or recording it in the note section.
