My husband is Dietabetic and he likes to have his evening snack. These crackers are very light and tasty especially when you put pepper jelly on them !!

These crackers taste like SunChip® brand chips. The only downside (as I have found with other GF crackers) is that they are really salty. They do have a nice crunchy texture and taste great on their own. I usually just grab a handful as a snack and call it a day.

The price is great - if you can find them at Costco. I was purchasing these regularly there until they stopped carrying them a few weeks ago. I have yet to find them at my local grocer.
