I always use this after I shampoo. It is the best. I'm able to brush through my hair at ease. And then when my hair dries it makes the blonde in my hair just shine. It has monoi oil Shea butter pets sativa protein argan oil baobab extract coconut oil macadamia oil amla oil tsubaki oil pintaga oil biotin kukui oil all to help protect and soften your hair. You only need a dime size amount otherwise it will weigh your hair down. But If used as directed it hydrates your hair and makes it manageable and soft. I will definitely be buying more
